Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) is an adaptive drilling process used to precisely control the annular pressure profile throughout the wellbore. Our MPD training provides course participants with a comprehensive understanding of the requirements for Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Operations with surface wellhead systems. The option of an *additional 1-day module for MPD operations from floating rigs using subsea wellhead systems is also available on request.
Our MPD training is intended for personnel that are directly involved in MPD operations. The eLearning module at fundamental level is available to individuals. The short technical courses in MPD Operations are not open to the public and are often customised to the client’s well operations. Candidate suitability and assumed base knowledge will be discussed and agreed in the early stages of course development.
